OUR STUDIO
Guys & Dolls Photography of Mt. Pleasant is a family owned second generation portrait studio located in the business district of historic downtown Mt. Pleasant. Dan and Kari Pulver took over the studio in 2005 from Dan’s father Bob Pulver who with wife Janet have been the backbone of the studio since 1975. Their commitment to capturing beautiful images along with providing exceptional service is the reason our studio has been selected as the #1 portrait studio in the Central Michigan area for years. Dan and Kari continue that same commitment today.

Kari
“Dan’s better half” joined the studio full time in 2006 after their youngest child started kindergarten. She is in charge of customer service and production. Mother of three, Kari brings that special feel to the studio that only a mother can do. Kari’s goal is creating a comfortable environment to help relax our clients, enhancing their experience from start to finish.
Dana
"I am fortunate to have found my passion early in life: creating beautiful images. In fact, I fell in the with photography so much, I decide to dedicate four years of my life studying photography at Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!). Since then, I have continued my education working here at Guys and Dolls Photography. I joined the team in 2013 as a Digital Artist and as an Apprentice Photographer. While I enjoy photographing children and families, I feel my niche is photographing couples and weddings. I LOVE getting to know every couple I have the honor of working with and capturing their real smiles, laughs, and love they share together. What can I say, I am a hopeless romantic!
Outside of the studio, I am a travel enthusiast who craves adventure! I have been happily enjoying married life for the past year. Sunshine, kittens, dark chocolate, the smell of freshly cut grass, and anything vintage/shabby chic are just few of my favorite things"
We have a lot of fun at our studio and that’s our goal for all of our clients. We want you to feel completely relaxed and at home and have a great time! Your final portraits are an investment of the heart and soul and one you’ll cherish for a lifetime.
